Jordan-Lee is a Mandarin student majored in Fashion and textiles. He was invited to attend The 2018 From University to The World Conference.
He has always been influenced by Chinese fashion and culture, attending this conference is an opportunity to show people that Fashion designers have always had a relationship with China and have always been influenced by their rich culture and tradition as well as the array of exquisite fabric and their unique approach to design.

Wendy is a DUT student, through hard effort, she got the opportunity to attend the JUNCAO training class in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. She said:
“The knowledge & skills acquired at the Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University will help shape the rest of my academic career. “
“I have a natural interest in medicinal plants, studying the different medicinal fungi & the rich nutrient value of JUNCAO grass was epic.”

Minenhle  Khumalo is an excellent Mandarin student, whose Chinese name is Lan Ming, whom has been admitted to study a master degree in Peking University(Top 3 in China) by Chinese scholarship.

Wendy, a 22-year-old girl, as a student in Confucius Institute at Durban University of Technology. In 2018, she joined “Chinese Bridge” South Africa competition, she won the third prize for her stable performance and was given the opportunity to participate in the “Chinese Bridge” summer camp sponsored by the China Construction Bank.

Leandi Mulder’s Chinese name is Lin Xue, who is a dynamic fashion designer graduated from DUT. By learning Mandarin, she earned her opportunity to obtain a scholarship to study at the prestigious Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology in China.
Nomvuyo Majola Nomvuyo Majola
Her Chinese name is Xi Yue, started to learn Mandarin in 2016, saying that decide to study Mandarin could bring her much closer to realising her dream—studying at the Shanghai Maritime University and become a ship builder.
By her effort and CI help, her dream come true.
